Your highly experienced Physiotherapist will take you through a detailed assessment and thorough explanation of your condition and and design a treatment plan just right for you.

£49 (30-40 min)
Follow up treatments according to your bespoke plan, including soft tissue or deep tissue muscle release, joint mobilisations, heat therapy, exercise programming, sport rehab, taping advice on activity modification or use of therapeutic devices.

1/2 hour £40If your goal is not only to manage pain but to also become your most durable self, engaging in regular exercise is of the utmost importance. With over 20 years of experience in coaching and working with injuries you are in safe hands with Pippa to determine the conditioning program right for you.

A Physio-Led class bespoke to those struggling with back pain. Core work, body weight training and mobility exercises delivered in a small-group setting designed to help you exercise safely and improve your condition and strength.

Pippa is a fully certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor as well as a qualified Physiotherapist accredited with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and registered and insured with The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). She holds a current First Aid/CPR and DBS Certificate.
